"3 Journeys into Tranquility – This module provides three example guided journeys to use or model after for your professional practice.

Module 7

Structuring Individual and Group Meditations – This module combines all the tools and techniques taught in the course to construct a 30-minute guided meditation for individuals and groups.

About the Author

Briana is the Founder of Vacation of the Mind and author of the Journey into Tranquility meditation certification course. As a visionary in the mindfulness and meditation space, she is on a mission to help the world heal and learn practical ways to improve mental wellbeing, health and happiness. This course was designed to teach a structured process for connecting to inner stillness so that we may listen to our internal guidance system.

Her love and passion for nature has been an integral part of her life. She believe nature has the ability to rejuvenate and heal us. However many people cannot take a "vacation" every year. This program was developed to utilize nature as a way to help people enter a meditative state. The process is breathe, refocus, journey. 

She believes the body cannot enter a meditative state without first relaxing stress hormones that keep us heightened and feeling chaotic. Secondly, the mind needs to be refocused from wandering thoughts.

Lastly, by using real life experiences to create a guided journey for people through a naturistic scene that drops you into stillness, people are able to fully relax while also receiving the benefits of nature's healing, harmony and balance.
